Today I took Mrs Claus and Jingles the elf to Italy to visit a famous landmark, the Leaning Tower of Pisa! We flew there on the sleigh, and Jingles spent the whole journey asking if the tower was leaning because it was tired.
When we landed, Mrs Claus headed straight to the souvenir stand to buy postcards, and Jingles decided he wanted pizza, because “Pisa sounds like pizza,” according to him.

I decided to try the famous tourist pose, pretending to hold up the tower with my mittens. Just as Mrs Claus was about to snap a picture, Jingles leaped into frame, balancing a tower of pizza boxes on his head. "Look, Santa! I’m the Leaning Elf of Pizza!" he giggled. People stopped to take photos of Jingles instead of the tower, and soon he had quite an audience.
Mrs Claus laughed so much she nearly dropped her camera, and even the pigeons seemed impressed by Jingles' pizza-balancing skills.
Mrs Claus got us all a delicious gelato, (my favourite is double chocolate). Jingles got brain-freeze and announced he had an “ice-cream headache emergency.” Mrs Claus gently reminded him that the cure was patience, not panic.

Today’s lesson? Exploring new places is exciting, especially with good friends and lots of laughter. Remember, it’s okay to ask questions, make funny mistakes, and even try balancing pizza boxes on your head. After all, adventures are meant to be a little silly!
